Hi, I’m Liat!

For years, I lived by the book. I had the credentials. The science. The healthy habits. I knew how to help people feel better... and I did. I helped hundreds of people transform their energy, health, and relationship with food. And still, when I reached my mid-30s, nothing made sense anymore.
